Sound Steps training program orientations Jan. 26 and 30

Those age 50 and older can get into shape for a 5K, 10K or a half-marathon walk through the city’s Sound Steps program, which is offering a free spring-training program. Holistic Living Will Jan. 30, 10:30 a. m.-noon

Caregivers class

Thursdays, 1-3 p. m., for six weeks (starting Jan. 24)

This free course provides tools for caregivers to care for themselves while caregiving for a friend, spouse or parent in their home, nursing home or across the miles.
